I called to schedule an appointment to get my computer fixed and the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice. After hearing where I lived he offered to pick the computer up at my home whenever was convienient to me. The day after the computer was picked up he called me back and explained all the billing to me and then asked when he should drop it off. First of all I know the geeks or whatever they're called would never offer to pick up or drop off a computer without a fee for it and Baker Computer Solutions was under half of what the geeks quoted me. Thanks alot! My computer is running better than new and I still have all my pics and files. Plus I got anti-virus software for free. I am very impressed with your service and will definatly recommend you to my friends.
